Our Team

For those who are new here, or just need a quick re-introduction, I’m Julie Bullmer.

From an early age, I’ve loved connecting people and coming up with creative solutions to everyday problems. That passion naturally led me to a career in staffing and recruiting, and I’ve never looked back. After earning my Marketing degree from Texas A&M, a recruiter introduced me to the staffing world—and I was instantly hooked.

Today, I partner with companies every day to help deliver the talent that fuels results. Whether you need temporary staffing or direct hire support, we’ve got you covered through Snelling Houston and Morgan Benjamin Search Group (MBSG).

A little about me personally: I grew up in Pearland, Texas, and after graduating from Pearland High School and Texas A&M, I returned to my hometown where I still live today. I earned my MBA from the University of Houston in 2006, all while working full time.

I’m married to Scott, and we have four incredible kids, two teenage daughters and elementary-aged boy/girl twins. Our teens are active in the Pearland High School Marching Band and Theatre, while our twins stay busy with soccer and piano. We’re lucky to have lots of extended family nearby, and we love getting the cousins together with grandparents as often as we can.

Giving back is a big part of my life. I’ve served on the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Trailblazer Committee for over 20 years, a cause close to my heart, as I was a Rodeo scholarship recipient myself. I also sit on the Board of Directors for Houston Aggie Women and am an active member of the Pearland Lady Lions Club.

Oh, and I’m a big sports fan! You can catch me cheering for the Aggies, Astros, Texans, and Rockets any chance I get.
