For those who are new or need a re-introduction, I’m Lauren Najari. As an educator turned recruiter, helping others thrive and find opportunities to grow has always been woven into the fabric of who I am.
My career journey started as a teacher and then moved into educational administration, where I realized my love for coaching and guiding others. I was the go-to “resume fixer” for friends and family, and found so much joy in helping others highlight their strengths and navigate their career paths.
As a millennial, I go against the common belief that email or text is the best way to communicate. I’d rather pick up the phone and talk to the person on the other end. I’m a firm believer in the power of human connection, and that extends to how I approach my work.
Today, I channel that same passion into recruiting, specializing in helping clients build strong teams and finding candidates roles where they can thrive. Because I’m naturally curious and a born investigator—I dig deep to truly understand the needs of both clients and candidates.
On a personal note, I’m a proud mom of two daughters who are into competition cheer and volleyball. We spend a lot of time traveling for their games and tournaments—if you’re a travel sports parent, you know the drill! These trips have taken us all over, giving us so memories along the way. It’s moments like these that remind me just how important it is to have a career that fits your life, not the other way around.
