OUR STORY
One chance meeting.
A ripple effect neither of them saw coming.
Sixteen years ago, a young operations manager for a security company from Ohio and a new elementary school teacher from Indiana (both freshly transplanted to Texas) met by chance.
Neither knew it then, but that would be the first domino in a ripple effect: a family, unexpected career moves, and eventually, a company with their names on it.
Their careers took paths neither could have predicted. Ben went from operations manager to recruiter, franchise owner, and entrepreneur. Morgan went from the classroom to marketing and eventually joined Ben in building MBSG.
Along the way, they experienced firsthand how the right opportunity can change far more than someone’s title. It can change the trajectory of a career, a family, a business, and the people around them.
That belief became the heart of MBSG.
Today, Ben, Morgan, and their team get to create those same kinds of connections for other people and businesses.
